Nutrena® Triumph® Professional Textured Horse Feed is designed to support optimal body condition and performance across a wide range of horses, from maintenance and performance horses to broodmares and growing horses. Feeding rates should be adjusted based on the horse’s body condition, age, and activity level, with the total daily amount divided into two or more meals per day. Feed alongside good-quality hay or pasture at a rate of 1.0 to 1.75 lb per 100 lb of body weight to ensure at least 50% of the diet comes from forage. Performance horses may benefit from more frequent meals, while growing horses should be fed carefully to avoid excess body condition. Begin feeding at the lower recommended levels and gradually adjust as needed.
Always provide clean, fresh water, and allow horses to cool down and properly rehydrate before feeding after exercise.
