Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

Please note that we do not ship to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI) at this time.

Orders are typically shipped via USPS, FedEx, or another trusted carrier.

Local Delivery (Our own Truck)

Hatchet Hardware is proud to offer local delivery directly from our store using our own delivery truck. This allows us to serve our nearby community with fresh products and dependable service.

Local Delivery Details:

  • Available for select nearby areas based on your delivery address.
  • Delivery availability and pricing will be shown at checkout when eligible.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
  • Our team will contact you if scheduling is required.

Same-Day Courier Delivery

For customers who need their items quickly, Hatchet Farm is also proud to offer same-day delivery through trusted third-party courier services.

Same-Day Delivery Details:

  • Same-day delivery may be available for select products and nearby delivery zones.
  • This option will appear at checkout when available.
  • Delivery times depend on courier availability and traffic conditions.
  • Additional courier fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Same-day courier delivery is limited to orders weighing 300 lbs or less.
  • Oversize or bulky packages are not eligible for same-day courier delivery.

Same-day courier delivery is a great option for last-minute needs or gifts.

Local Pickup

Hatchet Hardware is proud to offer free local pickup for customers in our area at any of our stores to save on shipping. If local pickup is available for your order, you will see the option at checkout.

Local Pickup Details:

  • Pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Pickup instructions and location details will be provided in the confirmation email.
  • Please bring your order confirmation when arriving to collect your items.

International Shipping

At this time, HatchetFarm.com does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier receives the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Hatchet Hardware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. You may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the product and packaging
