Take your trimming to the next level with the STIHL HTA 30 battery pole pruner set, complete with two AS 2 lithium-ion batteries and an AL 5-2 charger. This lightweight, cordless tool makes high-branch pruning, hedge maintenance and deadwood removal easier, and at just 7.9 lb it lets you work longer with less fatigue.
The tool-free adjustable telescopic shaft extends from approximately 6.2 ft to 9.2 ft, and with the shaft fully extended you can work at heights up to 14.8 ft, often without a ladder. A rubberized grip along the shaft gives flexible handling at any working height, and the ergonomic handle with soft grips has intuitive controls that are easy to use, even with gloves.
The compact cutting head, STIHL 1/4" PM3 saw chain and Light 01 guide bar make clean, efficient cuts through branches up to 6.7 in. in diameter, while the streamlined design keeps visibility good in dense canopies. Tool-free chain tensioning lets you adjust chain tension simply by opening and closing the sprocket cover.
A quiet, low-vibration electric motor suits residential and noise-sensitive areas. The two AS 2 batteries deliver up to 28 minutes of run time, or approximately 140 cuts in 2 x 2 in. dry wood, per charging cycle. A protective base, integrated hanging loop and wall storage ring make storage easy.
The set includes the STIHL HTA 30 pole pruner, two AS 2 batteries and an AL 5-2 charger.
