STIHL MS 500i R Gas Chainsaw, 25" Bar, 33 RS3 Chain

The STIHL MS 500i R is built for forestry personnel and tree service professionals who need greater flexibility when working from multiple positions. Its wrap-handle design provides added freedom of movement around the saw, making it well suited for demanding felling, bucking, and delimbing applications where positioning can change from cut to cut.

Combined with an exceptional power-to-weight ratio, the MS 500i R delivers the agile handling professionals need without compromising cutting capability. As the first chainsaw on the worldwide market with a wrap-handle design and electronically controlled fuel injection, the MS 500i R pairs innovative technology with professional-grade performance.

Its unique fuel injection system uses sensor-controlled fuel metering to help deliver optimum performance across operating conditions while providing rapid acceleration when it's time to get back into the cut. An ES Light guide bar enhances maneuverability, and the HD2 air filter allows for longer run times between cleanings.

The result is a highly versatile professional saw designed to keep pace with demanding forestry work from a variety of working positions.
