• One pound equals approximately 2 cups.
• Hydrangeas & Blueberries: Apply in spring to lower soil pH. Use 1-1/4 cups per new plant or 2-1/2 cups per established plant. Spread evenly around the plant out to the drip line and water well. Repeat every 60 days until the desired pH or bloom color is achieved.
• Broadcast rate: Apply 12 lb. per 100 sq. ft. for each one-point reduction in soil pH desired (15 lb. for heavy clay soils). Reduce pH gradually - a dramatic drop can stress plants.
• Potted plants: Add 1 tbsp. for every 4 in. of pot diameter.
