• Garden beds: mix 4 lbs. per 100 sq. ft. into the top 4 inches of soil.
• New plantings: mix 1 cup into the amended backfill soil at planting time.

• Established trees: apply 3 lbs. per inch of trunk diameter (double for trunks over 6 inches), spring and fall.
