Espoma Organic Orchid Mix is a ready-to-use potting medium formulated for phalaenopsis, cattleya, dendrobium, cymbidium, and other orchids and epiphytes. The chunky blend improves drainage and aeration so roots get the airflow they need instead of sitting in soggy mix.

It is 100% natural and organic approved, and made in the United States.

Key Benefits

  • Formulated for orchids and other epiphytic plants
  • Provides optimum aeration and drainage
  • Chunky bark-based blend resists compaction
  • 100% natural and organic approved
  • Made in the USA

Directions for Use

  • Pre-soak the mix for 24 hours and let it drain before use.
  • Remove the orchid from its current pot and trim roots to about 6 inches.
  • Fill the new container about 1/3 full with mix.
  • Center single-stem plants, or set multi-stem plants against the pot wall; stake if needed.
  • Add more mix to cover the roots, filling to about 1/2 inch below the rim.
  • Water thoroughly; top off with more mix if it settles.

Net contents: 4 quarts, bagged.
