The 3M Animalintex Poultice Pad is a ready-to-use poultice and wound dressing for horses and dogs. The generous 8" x 16" pad can be used whole or cut to fit the hoof, leg or wound area, making it a versatile addition to any equine first-aid kit. Not recommended for use on cats.

Made of 100% cotton wool with a non-woven cover on one side and a plastic backing on the other, it contains a mild antiseptic (boric acid) plus tragacanth, a natural poultice agent that promotes fast healing. Apply hot or cold, or use dry as a wound dressing, then wrap and bandage in place.
