I want to first start off and tell you I absolutely love your product. I love the smell. I love how it works. The only thing I am disappointed in is I was supposed to be charged. I believe it was $35. But when I got the bill, you charged me $10 shipping. That’s the part I was disappointed in. It said I had free shipping if it was $35 or over. That’s why I ordered so many bottles.
