Start by feeding the recommended amount of Ultium® Gastric Care Horse Feed based on your horse’s weight and activity level, then adjust to maintain desired body condition. Feed this concentrate with good-quality hay or pasture equivalent (minimum forage of 1.0–1.2 lb per 100 lb bodyweight per day) to support digestive health. For performance or hard-working horses, feeding rates may be increased within the ranges below. Do not feed free-choice; divide total daily feed into 2 or more meals per day to promote optimal digestion and reduce risk of gastric upset. Feed at regular times and always provide fresh, clean water and free-choice salt.
