Kids: Start at 1% of bodyweight per head per day (approximately 1/4 lb). Gradually increase to 3% of bodyweight per head per day (approximately 3/4 lb) over 2–3 weeks.
Feed free-choice hay initially, then reduce hay as kids come on feed.
Growing / Finishing Kids: Feed as the sole ration. Introduce gradually to newly weaned kids or those not previously on high-energy rations.
Breeding or Lactating Goats: Feed to maintain desired body condition. Offer 1 lb of feed per 3–4 lb of milk produced.
Limited hay (1/4–1/2 lb per head per day) may be fed.
Salt should be available free-choice. An appropriate mineral supplement may be offered to breeding and lactating goats.

Provide fresh, clean water and good-quality forage at all times. Do not exceed 50% of total dry matter intake from this feed when fed to mature or breeding goats.
