This combination grass seed, fertilizer, and soil improver is designed for full sun and dense shade, with medium drought resistance and medium-to-high durability. Use it to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing one. For best results, apply in spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F, or air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F. Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.
