Designed for full sun and light shade, it offers medium-to-high drought resistance and medium-to-high durability. Use it to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing one. For best results, apply in spring or fall when soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F, and water daily to keep the soil surface moist until seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall. One 2.4 lb. bag covers 360 sq. ft. for a new lawn and up to 1,080 sq. ft. for overseeding.
