Farnam Equitrol II Feed-Thru Fly Control, 20 lb

Farnam Equitrol II is a highly palatable feed-through fly control supplement that stops flies before they start. Fed daily during fly season, it passes through the horse and works in the manure to prevent house fly and stable fly larvae from developing into breeding adults — breaking the fly life cycle at the source and helping reduce the fly population around your barn.

Because it targets larvae developing in manure rather than adult flies already on the horse, Equitrol II works best as part of an integrated fly-control program. Start feeding early in spring before flies appear and continue through the season until cold weather. Simply top-dress it on grain or mix it into the daily ration; for finicky eaters, blend it with sweet feed.
